Information to Provide

To help us investigate efficiently, please include:

  • Your name and contact details

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Relevant dates, times and locations

  • Any supporting information, such as photographs or correspondence

  • Details of the outcome you are seeking

Our Response

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your concern within 5 working days.

  • We aim to provide a full response within 15 working days.

  • If additional time is required, we will keep you informed and provide an updated timescale.

Further Review

If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you may request that the matter is reviewed by a Company Director within 10 working days of receiving our reply. Following the review, a final response will be issued.
